Brief of Company
Yuci Hydraulics Co.,Ltd(Originally Yuci Hydraulics Plant)had
introduced the technology and processing equipment for manufacturing
hydraulic components from Yuken and Spindle companies of Japan
in 1965,and now has become a large base for manufacturing
and building hydraulic components and power packages with
variety of products,advanced equuipment and marketing network
spread all over China.It also set up one of state level techical
centres of 100 big machinery building enterprises in China,and
27 divisions with computer network.In1998,the quality control
system of the company was in conformity with ISO 9001:94 standard.
The company occupies a floor space of 290,000 square meters
and has more than 2,300 staff and workers.It owns fixed capital
of 230 million Yuan(RMB),total asset of 410 millon Yuan(RMB)andover
1200 main processing equipment including 68 NC machine-tools
and machining centers.In 1980,it introduced technology for
manufacturing high performance hydraulic valve from Vickers
of U.S.A.and that for making pin type vane pumps from Atos
of Italy;in 1993,the company set up Yuci Yuken Hydraulics
Co.,Ltd.And Yuci Yinan Hydraulic Pump Co.,Ltd.respectively
with Yuken of Japan and Yinanlian Co.of Hong kong in the way
of stock holding by China side;in 2001 ,set up Yuci Hydraulics
Co.,Ltd.though"debtequity swap"and "Management
System Reformation".
Now,main products of the company are high performance hydraulic
components such as vane pumps,gear pumps,piston pumpps,valves,cylinders
and accumulators,various hydraulic power packages and hydraulic
castings with complex chambers.The capacity of production
reaches to over 500,000 pieces of components;more than 6,000
sets of hydraulic power packages and 8,000 t castings every
year.
The company is going to carry on the spirit of "Where
has hydraulic transmissions there will be Yuci hydraulic products"and
set up cooperative relationship with partners in China an
abroad. |
